The draft version of the Stakeholder Engagement Plan within the European Union Instrument for Pre-Accession (IPA) Energy Sector Program Phase 4 Project was published on the official website of the Ministry and a consultation meeting was organized on 16 March 2023 in order to take the opinions of all the stakeholders. The final version of the Stakeholder Engagement Plan, which has been updated in line with the received written comments and the opinions conveyed during the meeting, is included in the annex of this announcement, and this announcement will remain live throughout the project implementation period.
