Summary scope of contract: 

The scope of the consulting services is to strengthen TEİAŞ’s capacity for enhanced electricity grid operations, in alignment with the Project Development Objective. This will be achieved by assessing and recommending measures to improve TEİAŞ’s institutional capacity in transmission and generation planning, R&D activities, and international business development. By implementing these measures — including the revision and continuation of the Master Plan — TEİAŞ is expected to, among other outcomes, increase the adoption of new technologies and improve the reliability and quality of the electricity grid.
