In BTC 2 Billion Barrels of Joy
Energy and Natural Resources Minister Taner Yıldız attended the program “in BTC 2 Billion Barrels of Joy” held at the Ceyhan Marine Terminal due to the fact that the petrol amount transferred to the world markets from the Baku–Tbilisi–Ceyhan (BTC) Crude Oil Pipeline reached to 2 billion barrels.
Yıldız said at the speech made there that 2 billion barrels have been loaded from the BTC by now and the ceremony was of capital importance in this sense.
Yıldız indicated that 6,75% of the petroleum flowing from the BTC being a strategic project belongs to the Turkish Petroleum Corporation and stated that the figure equal to this percentage reached to 30 billion barrels by now.
