STAR Refinery Project Financing Agreement was Signed
Energy and Natural Resources Minister Taner Yıldız said "Establishing a project without forming a treasury guarantee is related to the entire political security of that country and also important”.
Minister Yıldız, reported at the signature ceremony of STAR Refinery Financing Agreement that this signature was more valuable and important in an environment in which Turkey’s political stability was tried to be criticized.
Yıldız who reminded that Turkey realized the share transfer in Shah Deniz with Azerbaijan and signed the agreement concerning the increase of its shares in the Trans-Anatolian gas pipeline (TANAP) last week, said “We should complete the project package valued at 45 billion dollars by the end of 2018 and Turkey purchased 10% of shares together with this project package and will pay this within 6 months”.
