Minister YILDIZ took part in the STEAM “Energy Arena – Changing Dynamics” Conference
Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Taner YILDIZ expressed his doubt that Eastern Mediterrenean natural gas will seriously be offered to the world markets through LNG terminals via Egypt.
Yıldız stated that any procedure to be implemented in the areas, exclusive economic zone of which is not clarified, as well as not fully identified from the legal point of view, would contradict not only to the laws of the region, but also to the international laws of the seas.
