5.    TECHNICAL EVALUATION OF THE APPLICATION BY EIGG FOR PRE-INVESTIGED APPLICATIONS
6.    COMPLETION OF THE CONNECTION AR COMPETITION ”PROCESS BY TEIAS FOR THE APPLICATIONS MADE IN THE SAME AREA IN THE TECHNICAL EVALUATION
7.    SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATION TO UNDERTAKE THE EMPLOYER TO UNDERSTAND THE MAXIMUM FEE FOR THE UNIT “MW” INSTALLED POWER
8.    GIVING “PRELIMINARY” BY EMRA TO THE WINNER OF THE COMPETITION
9.    RECEIVING ALL KINDS OF ADMINISTRATIVE PERMITS FOR FACILITY INSTALLATION BY THE COMPANY DURING THE PRELIMINARY PROCESS - ZONING PLAN APPROVALS - PROJECT APPROVALS
10.    GIVING PRODUCTION LICENSE BY EMRA
11.    COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION - FACILITY ACCEPTANCE

• Approval of the projects of the facility by MENR or the institutions authorized by MENR
• Completion of construction and installation Works
• Acceptance of the facility by MENR or institutions authorized by MENR
